The Rev. Dr. Lisa M. Wolfe is Professor in the Endowed Chair of Hebrew Bible at Oklahoma City University, and also teaches for Saint Paul School of Theology at OCU.  She received her Ph.D. from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary and Northwestern University in 2003, her M.Div. from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, OH in 1996, and was ordained in the United Church of Christ in 2000.  In 2010, Living the Questions released Lisa's Bible Study DVDs "Uppity Women of the Bible: Ruth, Song of Songs, Esther, and Judith."  Cascade Press published the companion book to that series, Ruth, Esther, Song of Songs and Judith in 2011.  The title of a February 2012 book review in Sojourners magazine gave it the catchier title "Widow, Queen, Lover, Warrior" and noted that "Wolfe explores in detail and readable prose the stories of some of the 'uppity women' of the Hebrew Bible and Apocrypha."  Lisa is currently working on a book project on Ecclesiastes.  She lives in Oklahoma City with her husband Fred and their two children.
