Michele Loudenback is the City of Norman’s Environmental and Sustainability Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in astrophysics from the University of Oklahoma. Prior to her current position, Michele was Norman’s Stormwater Program Specialist for five years, coming to Norman from the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality where she served Oklahoma’s residents in the Environmental Complaints and Local Services and Water Quality Divisions for 18 years.
